Both times when I have called up AOS I was in contact with customer service immediately. Extremely responsive, which is a very different experience from my existing water heater company where communication is slow.My old water heaters barely lasted 3 years before malfunctioning. I had to pay labour on replacements done under warranty, one replacement only last 6 months.
