I got my water heater directly from AOS distributor. Sales lady explained their products in very clear and concise manner, and I did not have any difficulty choosing the right size and model for my new home.

I wish to add that this brand is superb reliable and lasting. The current 72L is a vertical model which has been discontinued and replaced by horizontal model, has been in use for more than 30 years, and never failed me once.

Big, Bad Brands are Disappointing...
Some big brands employ bad, low cost factories to produce these Fake Technologies. Then, people like you and I get deceived. We get fooled once or twice.. but then we get smarter.
