Return Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction and if your heater cannot be installed in your home because it does not fit,
we provide a 7-day money back return policy. Please provide all the necessary details.

- If the product is defective, we will do a 1 for 1 exchange with no delivery fee.
- Exchanges are accepted if the items are in unopened boxes.
- There is $5 admin fee for all returns.
- There will be a $30 delivery fee unless the item is delivered to our showroom.
- Items may not be returned if they are damaged or installed or if any of the components and packing material are missing.
- Items that are returned and violate the above conditions will be donated to charity at our discretion.
- If your payment was made by credit card, a 3% card fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Refunds will be credited into your bank account or PayNow within 7 working days.
