Why are some heaters not as hot after 3 years?

Blue diamond has heavy duty scale resistance because it is a fusion of glass and metal.

It's expensive but using for 2 years now no complain. They have digital remote that can set timer to heat at per determine time and can adjust the temperature to maybe max 50 or even lower rather over heat to 70 plus.

The water heaters sold by AOS Bath are of superb quality, 'Blue Diamond' as they call it, helps reduces the amount of scale build-up over time.
I replaced my 5-year old storage tank water heater of another brand that had its heating element corroded due to the build-up of scale. This led to an electrical short that tripped the incoming circuit breaker outside the house.
Even though the price can be seen as slightly higher than most other brands out there, I genuinely and truly believe it's money worth spending. I have been recommending water heaters from AOS Bath to my clients and all of those who got them had no complaints whatsoever.

False Ceiling Replacement FAQ
How fast can the replacement be done?
• For us to find a time slot, send in your full address. If it is a condo, please include the condo name.
• If the replacement is urgent (for example, this is the only heater in your house), do let us know and we will give you a priority slot.
What permits do I need?
• For condos, apply with your MCST. Let them know when you get an appointment, so they are prepared to allow entry. For landed, it is more flexible.
• There are no loud or long duration drilling works, but condos only admit installers on weekdays before 5pm. We try to avoid work on weekends unless it is urgent.
• A leaking ceiling or pipes is considered urgent. Let your MCST know so that they don't allow the leak to go on for more than two days.
How much can I save with a Tankless Installation?
For units where we can't fit a storage heater without ceiling works, and costs will be around $1200. But if you don't use rain shower, the tankless BathBox is a good solution:
• install tankless BB in false ceiling
• leave old tank there, but reconnect pipes
• save on cut ceiling -$200, if minus white box we can less another $200. total savings $400+
