Have been using the heat pump water heater for 6 months. It's possible to use climate change voucher for it. Idle power stands at 4w only, so you can always on it without worrying about eating too much power. Its large tank is also good if multiple bathrooms use the hot water simultaneously. Overall, it's the best heater l've used and totally no complaints.

Who is Eligible for the Climate Voucher?
Each Singaporean household is entitled to one set of climate vouchers. To be eligible:
• You must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, and
• Your IC address must match voucher address.
Can I Use Someone Else's Climate Voucher?
No. Climate vouchers are non-transferrable.
The address issued to the holder of the Climate Voucher must match the installation address of the heat pump.
We will verify this at point of purchase.
What Can I Use My Climate Vouchers On?
The Climate Vouchers can only be used to purchase energy-efficient household products.
At AOS Bath, this is limited to heat pumps. Climate Vouchers cannot be used for other types of water heaters.
Can I Clear All $400 of Climate Voucher on Heat Pumps?
Yes you can. Simply select the voucher amount you would like to spend and show us the QR code.
Because heat pumps are above $400, you can use up all your climate vouchers at one go.
After that, you don't have to worry about forgetting the voucher expiry date!
