You must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, and

Your residential address is registered at an HDB flat.

Can I Use Someone Else's Climate Voucher?

No. Climate vouchers are non-transferrable.

The address issued to the holder of the Climate Voucher must match the installation address of the heat pump.

What Can I Use My Climate Vouchers On?

The Climate Vouchers can only be used to purchase energy-efficient household products.
